Privacy Notice
This page explains what information PILLAR FX collects through pillarfx.com, why we collect it, and what happens to it. The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form, and we only use it to reply to you.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, your email address, your message, the topic you pick, and your studio or production if you add it.
This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or any other tracking.
Why we collect it
We use your details to answer your question or prepare a bid, and to keep a record of our conversation. We never sell your information, and we never add you to a marketing list.
Where it goes
When you press send, your message is delivered to our inbox as an email by Resend, an email delivery service. It is then kept in our business email account, which is provided by Google Workspace. These companies handle your message only to deliver and store our email.
Services that load on this site
Our showreel plays from Vimeo. When you visit the homepage, your browser connects to Vimeo, which receives technical details such as your IP address. We have turned on Vimeo's do not track setting for our player.
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical details such as IP addresses to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@pillarfx.com and we will take care of it.

Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
